Shipping Policy

Time to Deliver (In India)

The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 15-20 days in major metro cities in India and can take anywhere between 25-35 days for other locations in India, from the time the order is confirmed. Please add additional 3-5 working days if you choose to go for stitching from us.


Outside India:


Delivery outside India is expected to take up to 25-40 working days depending on the postal code and mode of shipping. Please include 3-5 working days if you choose to go for stitching. We only ship through reputed courier companies like FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Aramex etc.

All the products are shipped from India only. 


Delays in Delivery


These are indicative & approx. values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors. 

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any. 

No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. 

We may also choose to deliver the shipment in parts. In that case if you choose to cancel your order we can only cancel the unshipped part of the order. (Not valid for all the cases).



We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests within 24 hours of placement of order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are processed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Q: How long will the refund process take?

-Once refund confirmation is sent to you, it can take anywhere between 2-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. 

Q: Are there any reasons for which there could be a delay at the Bank/Credit Card companies end?
-Yes, under very rare circumstances it does happen.

Bank Transfers:

For orders placed using Bank Transfers, refunds would be issued only as Store Credit or transferred to an Indian bank account only.


International Transaction Fees:

Cross Border or, International Transaction Fees, if any charged by the respective bank from your credit or debit card will not be refunded. Please note these are hidden charges levied by your bank on you, and not by us. Customers must contact their bank for additional information on these charges.


Local Taxes:

The GST / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer as per local laws, to be paid at the time of delivery as advised by the respective courier partner. We will not refund any such charges, if applicable during order delivery.

Lost In transit

 We send our parcels fully insured to our customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. We will not responsible for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.


If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select alternate product.
